Charitable Minded Kids for a Cause! SCIS to the Rescue Once Again!

For three years in a row, the “The Fluffy Fives” students at Shanghai Community International School in Pudong have shown their SCCA spirit by selling calendars to family and friends to help local animals in need. SCIS supports Global and Community Appreciation as part of their curriculum. Thanks to all our 'fluffy' friends who raised a whopping RMB 13,505! Wow!

For helping cats and dogs to get healthy and finding them great homes. I think it’s very sad that people leave dogs and cats out on the streets, so it is great that you are saving the poor little animals. When I grow up I want to help animal shelters all over the world because I love dogs!

Dear SCAA,

Thank you for showing us the animals, telling us about SCAA and bringing us the calendars to have us help you to sell. Our goal this year was to raise 15,000RMB. Even though we did not reach our goal, we were happy to have raised 13,505RMB! The calendars were great and looked very nice. Again, thank you for telling us about SCAA and doing good work for the animals.
